Description
IC 74266 Quad 2-input XNOR gate
The 74266 is open collector outputs EX-NOR gate. 74266 contains Four independent EX-NOR gates in one package. The EX-NOR (exclusive-NOR) gate is a combination XOR gate followed by an inverter. 2-Input X-NOR Gate Truth Table:
Output acts based on the truth table which is given below. Let us consider the X-NOR logic with two inputs A, B and the output as Y. The output (Y) of the X-NOR gate is 1 when both inputs (A, B) are the same and is 0 when both the inputs are different.
